Mr.
Vincent Chung
Mr. Vincent Chung is responsible officer for the execution
department of the Company that is mainly involved with acquisitions,
restructurings, advisory and corporate finance. Mr. Chung possesses more
than 18 years in finance and investment banking experiences and has worked
in a number of regional investment banks, such as
Lippo Bank and First Finance. Participated in a wide range of
corporate finance transactions, such as a number of
initial public offerings and takeover, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring,
underwriting and placing of new shares, and financial advisory for
companies listed on the Main Board and GEM Board of The Stock Exchange of
Hong Kong Limited.

Yeung
Mr. Ken
Yeung is responsible officer for the execution team of the Company that is
mainly involved with M&A and IPO advisory and corporate finance. Mr.
Yeung is experienced in corporate finance and accounting area. Before
joining the Company, he had worked in Ernst & Young .
Mr. Yeung is the member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public
Accountant
