Ms.Doris Sy
Ms. Doris Sy is the director and responsible officer of Donvex Capital. She is responsible for the execution
department of the Company that is mainly involved with
acquisitions, restructurings, advisory and corporate finance.
Ms. Sy is
experienced in corporate finance and direct investment area. Before joining
the Company, she had worked in various reputable financial institutions,
including Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and Deloitte Touche Corporate Finance Limited. Ms Sy is the member of the Australian Society of Certified
Practising Accountants.
Ms. Vily Leung
Ms. Vily Leung is the director and responsible officer of Donvex Capital. She is
responsible for the daily operation and assisting in the marketing and
business development of Donvex Capital. She has
extensive experience in providing corporate finance advisory services to
listed companies in Hong Kong and Peopleกฏs Republic of China.
Before joining Donvex Capital, Ms. Leung had been
actively involved in the financial investor relations industry and
developed comprehensive network with international investors
